Terms and Conditions for Shipping and Returns
- 1. Shipping Timeframe
- Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days of receipt, excluding all major holidays. All items are shipped via express shipping.
- 2. Compliance with Regulations
- All items meet the NYSDOCCS #4911 Directives as set forth.
- 3. Returned Orders Due to Our Error
- If your order is returned due to our negligence, we will re-ship the order at our expense.
- 4. Returned Orders Due to Loss or Relocation
- If your order is returned due to loss or relocation to another facility, you have two options:
- a. Reship Option – Contact us when it is safe to re-ship your package and send a re-shipping fee equal to your original shipping fee.
- b. Refund Option – Request a refund for your order, less shipping charges, if applicable.
- 5. Response Timeframe for Returns
- If we do not receive a response within two (2) weeks of receiving your return, a refund will be automatically processed, excluding shipping charges.
- 6. Restocking Fee
- A 30% restocking fee applies to all returned orders.
- 7. Refused Items
- Any item refused must be accompanied by a Package Room Disposition Slip in order to be eligible for any credit.
